Unlike other agencies, we also provide transportation to and from pet appointments, help with medications, post-surgery rehab, overnight pet sitting right in your home, and use a professional pet portal to schedule appointments, handle billing, and share information. We offer discounts for frequency of visits for your pet(s) as well as other discounts depending on the situation. In addition, we perform a background check on our walkers to ensure that our clients are protected. At Sallywags Pet Services, we believe in transparency which is why our walkers use a GPS enabled device on their phones so customers can review checkin, checkout, and walk routes. Our inner nerd loves this feature, but it also provides customers with an inside look at their pet’s time with us! We use a pet portal (scheduling web site) that allows pet owners to schedule visits for their dogs, review existing schedules, plan vacations ahead of time, and easily pay for pet visits. However, because we believe in flexible customer service, we also take customer pet visit requests by text message, email, or phone call. This is a common theme with Sallywags: customers come first! Because customers come first, we work hard to be as flexible and accommodating as possible for all our clients. We have never missed an appointment with a client and work hard to keep it that way!
