I started off as a "grunt" which is just a general laborer. Slowly but surely, I worked my way up to Journeyman roofer, then to Supervisor, then an Estimator & Project Manager for a multi-million dollar roofing company. In my almost 30-year career, I've learned many things. But I think the most important thing I've learned is this.
