Description: A Sussex man and women were arrested for possessing marijuana and paraphernalia after they were pulled over because the woman was driving with suspended registration and a suspended license near Bluemound Road and Plaza Court about 3:45 p.m. April 2. Police smelled marijuana and found a pipe and 0.20 grams of marijuana in a pill bottle. The man said he and the woman had bought the pot.

Description: A 13-year-old St. Francis girl was cited for trespassing after she caused security concerns when she wandered into Cudahy High School, 4950 S. Lake Drive, at 8 a.m. April 1. The girl told police she walked in with a friend who attends the school. When classes began, she was questioned by a teacher and fled the building. She was apprehended at the Milwaukee elementary school she attends.

Forest Hill Ave., at 2:30 pm. April 7. This occurred on more than one occasion between Feb. 14 and Feb. 21. The incidents cost the district over $1,000 to troubleshoot and correct.

Description: A 41-year-old man was arrested for drugged driving and was cited for an unsafe lane deviation in the 9900 block of West Loomis Road at about 12:45 p.m. April 8. He was taken to the hospital for a blood draw, the results of which were unavailable, and was then transported to Milwaukee County Jail.

The owner of The Cellar was burning a small brush pile near a shed when the winds changed and the fire spread into a wooded and grassy area, burning about a quarter of an acre of his property. An officer used an extinguisher to knock out the flames and the Oak Creek Fire Department saturated the area to prevent further flare-ups. No citation was issued to the property owner.

The man had two 1.4 grams of marijuana in plastic baggies and a suitcase-like bag under his bed with marijuana residue.

Description: Firefighters responded to a fire inside a clothes dryer in the 6300 block of N. Fairlane Avenue, Brown Deer, at 8:18 p.m. April 2. A fire extinguisher was used to put out the fire and the basement was ventilated. No injures were reported.

Description: A woman called police twice within four hours, once at 1:05 a.m. and again at 5:05 a.m. April 4 in the 200 block of Arcadian Ave. because she feels her neighbors are “out to get her” and “harm her.” She wanted to talk with her case worker, and Waukesha County’s Mental Health Services was notified. The woman was then concerned the officers responding may be impostors. After the woman again called police later in the day saying she thinks her boyfriend wants to set her on fire, she said she would feel safer at the mental health facility. She was then issued a citation for misuse of 9-1-1.

And she said there is now a large yellow bag with human hair inside it. The caller is a hair dresser and was unsure if this is someone playing a prank or not. She was told to call police if more items show up on her doorstep.

The principal was told she could send the sex offender a letter requesting she not return to the school.
