Description: A $40 black attaché case containing paperwork was stolen from a locked vehicle in the 1700 block of West Timber Ridge Lane between 6 p.m. Oct. 17 and 9 a.m. Oct. 18. A window was smashed, causing an estimated $250 in damage.

Description: A $125 Alcatel Touch tablet, a $70 hard drive, a $600 iPhone 5S, a $60 Garmin GPS unit and $1,165 worth of paintball gear were stolen from a vehicle in the 6900 block of South Southfield Boulevard between 10 p.m. Oct. 19 and 8:30 a.m. Oct. 20.

Description: A wallet containing several credit cards and about $180 was stolen from the glovebox of an unlocked vehicle in the 8700 block of South Oak Park Drive between the evening of Oct. 16 and 9 a.m. Oct. 20. Fraudulent charges were made on at least one of the credit cards.

Description: Two men were arrested for possession of a Schedule II narcotic (oxycodone) in a parking lot in the 7800 block of South Howell Avenue at about 3 a.m. Oct. 15. One of the suspects was also arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Description: A man was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, possession of heroin and possession of a Schedule II narcotic at Red Roof Inn, 6360 S. 13th St., at about 11:10 p.m. Oct. 18. The man was also taken into custody on a valid felony warrant with the House of Corrections and was transported to jail.

Description: A man was arrested for drunken driving (second offense) after he almost struck a squad car in the 8600 block of South Howell Avenue at about 10:30 p.m. Oct. 15. A breath test indicated a preliminary blood alcohol content of 0.17.

Description: A man was transported to Wheaton Franciscan Hospital for treatment of a possible head injury after the taxi cab he was riding in was struck by a truck in the 1900 block of West Ryan Road at about 12:45 p.m. Oct. 15. The taxi driver was cited for failure to yield the right of way while making a left turn.

Description: Officials from Oak Creek fire and police and We Energies responded to South Howell and West Rawson avenues after a construction crew hit a gas line at about 9:15 a.m. Oct. 15. The two-inch gas line was struck when a worker for a landscaping company was drilling alongside the curb to place a sign.

Description: An officer questioned two men and a woman who were seen making themselves alcoholic drinks while sitting on the ground next to some bushes at PDQ, 6300 S. 27th St., at about 4:45 p.m. Oct. 16. One of the men was taken into custody on a valid warrant for disorderly conduct with the St. Francis Police Department and the other two were warned about possessing open intoxicants in public.

Description: Police are seeking a semi driver who spit in a customer’s face and then started physically fighting with him in the parking lot at Pilot Travel Center, 2031 W. Ryan Road, before fleeing the scene at about 8:50 p.m. Oct. 17. Police are following up with the trucking company to identify and cite the suspect.

Police were tipped by a man who was pulled over for making an improper left turn in the 1300 block of West College Avenue. He told police he was going to the Red Roof Inn to pay an escort $70 for sex The driver gave police the room number and the escort’s ad on backpage.com.

Description: Four 2001 Cadillac Escalade rims with four new Bridgestone tires were stolen off a vehicle parked in a secured garage at a condominium complex in the 3100 block of West Drexel Avenue sometime between 8 p.m. Oct. 16 and 7:50 a.m. Oct. 17. The unidentified suspect(s) apparently entered the garage by forcing open a service door.

4600 block of West Oakwood Park Drive

Description: A 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer was stolen from the 4600 block of West Oakwood Park Drive while the owner was working at Baptista’s Bakery at about 2 p.m. Oct. 17. The victim told police she left her keys in the employee break room sometime between 2:30 and 6 a.m., and the unidentified suspect(s) used the keys to steal her vehicle.

Description: A 31-year-old Cudahy man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance (Alprazolam) after an employee called police to report an intoxicated man acting strangely inside Sendik’s, 5200 W. Rawson Ave., at about 7:45 a.m. Oct. 15. He was also arrested for endangering safety by use of a dangerous weapon after police discovered he was carrying a handgun.

Description: A 53-year-old man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia after he overdosed on heroin at his residence in the 5500 block of West Allwood Drive at about 9:30 p.m. Oct. 15.

Description: A 24-year-old man was arrested for possession of heroin-related drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop on West Rawson and West Forest Home avenues at about 11:30 a.m. Oct. 16.
8200 block of South 88th Street

Description: An 18-year-old man was arrested for possession with intent to deliver marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and was taken into custody for bail jumping after an anonymous caller reported a fight in progress at a residence in the 8200 block of South 88th Street at about 2 a.m. Oct. 18. A 17-year-old Oak Creek boy was also taken into custody for having a valid warrant through the Franklin Police Department for disorderly conduct and was cited for a curfew violation.

Description: A 19-year-old man was arrested for drunken/drugged driving on South 27th Street and West College Avenue at about 6:25 a.m. Oct. 16. A chemical breath test indicated a blood alcohol content of 0.15.

Description: A 38-year-old Oak Creek man was arrested for drunken driving (third offense) and operating after revocation (second offense) in the 8600 block of South Country Club Drive at about 3:30 a.m. Oct. 19. A chemical breath test indicated a BAC of 0.16.

Description: A 62-year-old Franksville man was arrested for reckless driving after he intentionally struck another vehicle in the 6000 block of West Ryan Road at about 2 p.m. Oct. 15. The suspect fled the scene and was taken into custody at his residence at about 2:40 p.m.

Description: A silver 2008 Kia Rondo station wagon that was stolen from the lot at Sunrise Motel, 9347 S. 27th St., on Oct. 11 was recovered by Milwaukee police in the 500 block of Ring Street at about 12:45 p.m. Oct. 14.

Description: A resident in the 10200 block of West Scepter Circle reported she was the victim of an Internet scam at about 5:30 p.m. Oct. 14. The victim stated she went onto a website to get a free sample of a diet pill and then discovered they charged her $198. When the victim called the company, she was told she wouldn’t get her money back and they hung up on her. The victim was advised this was an Internet scam and to seek assistance from her bank.

Description: A juvenile male was cited for disorderly conduct after he provoked a fight with another student during gym class at Franklin High School, 8222 S. 51st St., at about 12:30 p.m. Oct. 16.

Description: Four people were arrested for disorderly conduct after a verbal and physical altercation in the parking lot at The Rock Sports Complex, 7900 W. Crystal Ridge Drive, at about 1:20 a.m. Oct. 17. The altercation allegedly started when one of the suspects attempted to stop one of the other suspects from driving drunk by taking away his car keys.

Description: An unidentified male stole a woman’s purse at Bed Bath & Beyond, 5445 S. 76th St., and then fled in an older, light-colored vehicle at about 12:08 p.m. Oct. 13. According to the victim, the suspect, who was wearing a black hoodie, was last seen traveling westbound on South 76th Street.

Description: Two women were arrested for possession of marijuana during a traffic stop in the parking lot at Walmart, 5301 S. 76th St., at about 6:35 p.m. Oct. 10. The driver was also cited for operating without a license.

Description: A man was arrested for drunken driving (second offense), operating after revocation, failure to install an Ignition Interlock device and was cited for operating without insurance and nonregistration of a vehicle during a traffic stop in the 5800 block of West College Avenue at about 1:55 a.m. Oct. 11. He was also taken into custody for having two warrants through the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Department for operating after revocation. A chemical breath test indicated a blood alcohol content of 0.17.

Description: A man was arrested for prowling, theft and possession of drug paraphernalia after he was seen attempting to enter vehicles parked in the 5500 block of Lory Drive at about 8 p.m. Oct. 11. The suspect was also taken into custody for having a valid warrant through the Greenfield Police Department for prowling/loitering.

Description: A man was arrested for drugged driving and was cited for a vehicle weight violation, parking on a highway and a seat belt violation after he was pulled over for failing to yield to an emergency vehicle and an unsafe lane deviation on South 51st Street and West Grange Avenue at about 5:45 p.m. Oct. 15. He was transported to the hospital for a blood draw, the results of which were unavailable.

Description: Hales Corners Police recovered a stolen green 2007 Ford Focus in the 11300 block of Arrowhead Trail at about 6:20 p.m. Oct. 13. The car, which was stolen from the 6500 block of South Carroll Circle in Franklin at about 3:30 a.m. Oct. 12, was towed back to the Franklin Police Department, and the vehicle owner was advised.

Description: Three juvenile males were arrested for disorderly conduct and one juvenile male was arrested for obstructing after a physical altercation in the parking lot at Hales Corners Lutheran Church, 12300 W. Janesville Road, at about 3:45 p.m. Oct. 16. The fight apparently started about a disagreement over some missing money.

Description: A woman at 732 E. North St. wrote a letter to the police department because she believed a man was cutting a wire on her raccoon trap in her backyard prior to 4:24 p.m. Oct. 10. She said she has never witnessed the man on her property but feels he’s the culprit because her traps catch the squirrels the man feeds. The man had no idea what police were referring to when he was questioned.

Description: A caller reported that a maintenance worker in her apartment at 2019 Kensington Drive placed a sock in her laundry that “may have had something on it” at 1:35 a.m. Oct. 11. She accused her building managers, who are Hispanic, of not liking African-Americans and did this on purpose in an attempt to destroy her property. The caller only heard this through the grapevine and has no evidence

Description: Staff from the Harmony Pet Care, 1208 Dolphin Court, found a suspicious black plastic bag on the front door at 7:11 p.m. Oct. 11. There were no messages or notes left on the bag and employees were afraid to touch it. After further inspection, the bag contained their monthly subscription of “Fetch” magazines.

Description: A residence would be receiving a citation after a caller reported approximately 150 students drinking in the backyard at 202 Carroll St. at 10:26 p.m. Oct. 11. Several males were urinating on the lawn.

Description: A caller was suspicious about two teenagers who entered a building through a basement window and came out with a baseball bat at the corner of Hinman Avenue and Jackson Court at 2:05 p.m. Oct. 12. The boys told police they were just getting friends together to play baseball at Haertel Field.

Description: Two people, who were holding baseball bats and pretending to be Waukesha police officers, came to an apartment to confront a 16-year-old girl at 343 W. Newhall Ave. at about 2:25 p.m. Oct. 12. The two impersonators believed the girl stole a phone, so they went over to try to get it back. All the people involved were warned and advised concerning their behavior.

Description: A man was threatening to cut the caller’s friend’s throat at 2615 N. University Drive at 11:32 p.m. Oct. 12. The man was saying he would fight whoever he wants to because he has a pocket knife. The man then told his girlfriend, who was intoxicated, that “he has buried someone before.”

Description: A man said a woman smacked him while he was sleeping at an apartment at 600 Summit Ave. at 8:55 a.m. Oct. 14 because she was upset over a photograph on Facebook that depicted him with another woman. The man wanted this incident on record for their upcoming child custody case.

Description: A customer at the Lucky Rabbit, 200 Madison St., said a man was apparently defecating in the back lot at 10:28 p.m. Oct. 14. Police found the man, who was very intoxicated, on the ground and was unable able to get his pants back, which were wet. He was assisted to his residence above the Lucky Rabbit.

Description: A caller was suspicious about a man in his 20s who was walking down the 1500 block of Birch Drive at 2:25 p.m. Oct. 15 carrying a rake in the rain. The man, however, told police he was simply asking neighbors if they wanted their lawns raked.

Description: Two females, ages and residences not released, were arrested for theft of items valued at $95, including children’s clothing, from TJ Maxx, 9020 N. Green Bay Road, at 6:40 p.m. Sept. 29. When stopped by loss prevention officers, the females laughed, acting as if it was all a joke. They admitted the theft saying they intended to sell the items.

Description: Three males were seen filling eight garbage bags with athletic wear and jeans valued at more than $1,000 at Kohl’s, 9060 N. Green Bay Road, at 9:40 p.m. Oct. 2. They ran out of the store and drove off in a dark SUV.

Description: A woman, age and residence not released, was arrested for driving under the influence after she ran over a curb and damaged two street signs in the 5500 block of West Bradley Road at 11:25 a.m. Oct. 7. The woman, who said she blanked out just before the accident, denied drinking but admitted taking pain medication, including Oxycodone. Her BAC was 0.00 and she was taken for a blood draw. Damage to the signs was $425.

Description: A female student, age and residence not released, was cited for disorderly conduct at Brown Deer High School, 8060 N. 60th Street, at 12:40 p.m. Oct. 8. The girl used profane language when addressing a teacher.

The man was also arrested for a probation violation.
