A bag containing a Social Security card, sunglasses and phone chargers was taken from one car, and its window was shattered. From the other car, which had its rear window broken, a laptop, iPad, computer cables, sweater and backpack, together valued at about $2,000, were taken.

Bluemound Road. He told officers he had been in the lot “doing this unemployment thing.” A breath test indicated a blood-alcohol content of 0.11.

Description: A 21-year-old woman was cited for disorderly conduct at about 4:20 p.m. April 15 after a dispute about damage to a room at the Embassy Motel, 8253 S. 27th St. The woman had called the motel’s owner because she left her ID inside a room. When the owner told the woman the ID wouldn’t be returned until the room’s registered guest paid for damage done to a TV set, she reportedly said “I’ll make sure your motel gets shot up.”

Description: A resident in the 10700 block of South 92nd Street reported she found horse dung on her driveway at 1:45 p.m. April 16. She stated she cleaned up the mess and also requested extra police patrol for loose horses in the area.

Description: A 45-year-old man was arrested after a woman flagged down a Franklin police officer at the Pick ’n Save on South 27th Street and stated a man just assaulted her, took her purse, and fled in a silver Chevy Cavalier at about 7:50 p.m. April 18. The officer located the vehicle on South 27th Street and West College Avenue. The driver failed to stop, resulting in a five-mile pursuit before the suspect was caught and taken into custody. He was booked, cited and turned over to Oak Creek police for the assault and robbery in their city.

Description: Police were called at 4:57 a.m. April 10 to an apartment complex at 120 Cambridge Ave. because the caller said her male roommate was sleeping in the hallway and she didn’t want him to enter the apartment when he wakes up because she said he can be “an angry drunk.” Police told the woman the man has a right to come in when he wakes up.

The man had bloodshot eyes, smelled of alcohol, slurred his speech, failed field sobriety tests but denied drinking. His preliminary BAC was in the range of 0.20. A corner cut baggie was found in the car. The man was held for violation of his probation on a criminal offense.

She reported the threats at 12:31 a.m. April 18, and police obtained a warrant for disorderly conduct (domestic violence related).

Description: A 34-year-old Cudahy man was arrested operating while intoxicated with drugs, battery, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct after a collision at East Howard and South Kinnickinnic avenues at 9:14 a.m. April 12. The man told police he had been smoking crack and attempted to commit suicide by driving into a tow truck. According to police reports, he kicked one officer and knocked him to the ground and attempted to grab another’s gun before two other officers were able to subdue him.
